Wall hung boiler

b_200_0_16777215_0___images_stories_2010_aeroco-wallhung.jpgAERCO International introduces the AERCO Esteem 399 wall hung condensing boiler that brings high efficiency and superior reliability to a variety of commercial hot water applications, the company says. The AERCO Esteem 399 delivers 3.6:1 turndown and 95-percent efficiency, which helps improve system operation and reduce overall energy consumption in applications requiring 112,000 to 399,000 BTU/hr.

A corrosion-resistant 439 stainless steel fire tube heat exchanger makes the boiler well suited for today’s efficient, condensing hydronic heating systems. Thermal efficiency is maximized by the heat exchanger tube design, which creates flue gas and water turbulence.

A premix air/fuel blower and high-grade stainless steel burner capable of modulating the firing rate from 28% to 100% allow the AERCO Esteem 399 to closely match heating needs without short cycling or reducing efficiency. The burner features whisper quiet operation of <50 dBa and reliable spark ignition.

Compact in design, the AERCO Esteem 399 requires minimal space. It measures only 20 ≤ D x 24 ≤ W x 37 ∏ H (inches) and weighs 200 lbs. Simple to install, the boiler can be designed with direct or conventional venting made from PVC, CPVC, poly propylene or Al29-4C materials to fit any code requirement.

The AERCO Esteem 399 also has clean combustion. As a result, it is well suited for low NOx and other environmentally conscious applications. The boiler meets ASME and cETLus standards.

The AERCO Esteem 399 is designed for easy troubleshooting and optimum system performance. It features an intelligent, 4-digit interface module that is conveniently located on the boiler so engineers, facilities managers and other personnel can quickly see system statistics. Parameter values and diagnostic codes can be fully adjusted using the module as well.
