Universal Boot accommodates up to four pipes of various sizes Featured

b_200_0_16777215_0___images_stories_Products_quadflash_usage.jpgAgawam, MA – OMG Roofing Products has introduced the QuadFlash pipe boot that provides a fast and efficient option for sealing single or clusters of rooftop pipe penetrations. Unlike pitch pockets that can crack and fail as penetrations expand and contract, the QuadFlash boot accommodates building vibration and pipe movement to provide a permanent watertight and maintenance free flashing solution.

OMG QuadFlash is designed for use in many diverse roofing applications and will accommodate up to four pipes ranging in size from 1/4- to 2-inches in diameter. The one-piece base is made from a spun aluminum and features dual Lok & Grip beads around the collar to securely hold the molded rubber cap in place.

Heavy duty EPDM caps resist weathering, ozone, UV and remain flexible to accommodate pipe movement even in extreme temperatures. Caps are available in black and white and come with four adjustable stainless steel clamps.

In addition, the 6-in. tall, 8-in. wide stack has a 14-inch diameter flange for easy flashing on all commercial roofing systems.

OMG’s QuadFlash boots are easy to install and the caps are marked for individual pipe sizes for added simplicity.

The QuadFlash boots are immediately available and packaged five units per box, 16 boxes per skid. For additional information, visit olyfast.com.
