Written by  PEM Staff Monday, 19 April 2010
proflex_sml.jpgThrough the START initiative, Mississauga, Ont.-based Provincial Partitions is donating its very first prototype PROFLEX Container to support the relief efforts in Haiti — but the company doesn't want to send it empty. It is appealing to its client base, suppliers, friends and individuals who want to make a difference.

The company's line of PROFLEX containers include storage space and it's trying to fill the storage space on the container being donated. If you would like to help, please forward or drop off in person any of the items listed below to our head office in Mississauga, Ontario. If you would like to make a cash donation instead, please let us know the amount and we will purchase items on your behalf. (The container is being shipped on April 30, 2010, so donations received after this time cannot be accepted.)

Typical donation items include:
• 50 lb. bags of rice (Sam's Club, Costco, etc.)
• 50 lb. bags of beans
• Other non-perishable food items
• Tarps (any size)
• Canvas tents (5-10 person tents, not lightweight)

As well as any of the following hygiene supplies:
• Toothbrushes and toothpaste
• Soaps/shampoo
• Cream and lotions

Please deliver or send donations to:
