b_200_0_16777215_0___images_stories_2010_dematics-web.jpgDematic Corp., a supplier of logistics systems for the factory, warehouse and distribution center, has launched a new online parts purchasing website: www.dematicparts.com. The new site allows customers to buy Dematic — and other OEM’s — parts and controls for package conveyors, pallet conveyors, diverters, sorters, pick-to-light, voice devices, AS/RS and other automated system technologies. Typical parts offered include motors, reducers, rollers, PLCs, load sensors, scanners, drive controllers, timing belts, etc. There are more than 80,000 unique part numbers available.

The company says the new parts website offers a more powerful search engine which makes finding the right parts faster and simpler. New buttons make navigation easier for users, such as "Quick Links," which directs the user to frequently requested items; "Quick Order," which allows immediate order entry; and "Order History," where users can access their parts-ordering history to check previous parts usage, quantities, dates, part numbers and more. Customers can use the site to track part orders, even if the order is placed via another channel such as phone, fax, email or EDI.

The website has links to reference technical documentation and to Dematic’s Self Service. It also includes a training video clip that instructs users on how to optimize their online Dematic parts purchasing experience.

The Dematic website offers a low-price guarantee and free ground shipping.  Same-day shipping and expedited shipping are also available with designated cut-off times.
